Victor M. Arellano

Victor M. Arellano is a partner at the law firm of Arellano & Phebus, S.C. Clients refer to him as “The Storm” because he speaks his mind and fearlessly fights for the rights of people who have been wronged. He earned a reputation of being a top lawyer in the areas of employment litigation and immigration because of his handling of high profile cases and bringing them to winning jury verdicts or settlements. His accomplishments include successfully representing migrant workers, professionals and blue-collar workers for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, personal injury and civil rights claims.

He previously served on the Nuestro Mundo School Executive Board and the Board of Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is a former Dane County Court Commissioner. He has also served as an appointee of the mayor as a board member for the Madison Development Corporation.

Community Involvement
In addition to being a vigorous advocate for clients who have been injured or have had their rights violated, Victor Arellano has served the community by volunteering time at the Family Law Clinic. He also serves the public by presenting seminars on legal topics to numerous audiences, including the Madison Area Technical College and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He has co-taught English to Spanish speaking adults. He currently has a radio program (“En Vivo Con Victor Arellano”/”Live with Victor Arellano”) on AM1480 La Movida Spanish radio every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. where he provides free general legal advice and has distinguished guests to provide helpful information to the Latino household.
