Douglas J. Phebus

I am proud to carry on a family tradition representing people who have experienced a wrong. My grandfather and father are both lawyers who practiced law in the same town their entire careers.

Growing up I would meet people that they had helped and could see the difference that they had made in peoples’ lives. I carry on that family tradition of representing individuals who have been injured or wronged and need a lawyer to fight for them.

My legal career has included many large recoveries and important legal precedents. However, I can honestly say that some of the most satisfying cases have been cases that were small in monetary value but for my clients were hugely important. I recognize that being injured and out of work puts my clients at great risk of huge consequences. Mortgage foreclosures and divorces can result from these circumstances. The lawyers in this firm all want to help. Please give us a call or e-mail.

Doug Phebus is a partner at Arellano & Phebus, S.C. He is a nationally certified civil trial advocate. To earn that recognition, he had to show his participation as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, have the recommendation of judges and peers, and pass a rigorous test. Recertification is required every five years.
